Equilux Engineers is a minority owned structural engineering services firm that takes pride in providing innovative solutions for our client to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. 

The owner, Humphrey Kariuki, P.E. LEED AP, is a Professional Structural Engineer with 15 years experience in planning, design and construction management of Building structures. He has a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from Cambridge University in England and is a Registered Engineer in 18 states in the United States. He has significant experience in Structural engineering for Residential and Commercial Solar,  structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry and wood building structures,  including the buildings in high seismic areas. He is conversant with various Federal and DoD, State and Local agencies building codes including well conversant with the major building codes including UFC, IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, ACI 530, AISC, NDS and AISI.
